Flood Damage in Beaumont, TX

This flooded office area in Beaumont, TX was the result of the heavy rains from Hurricane Harvey. The entire building received over a foot of water from Hurricane Harvey. The before picture was taken to document the damages before water mitigation of the affected areas began. Due to the flooding and the building being inaccessible for a few days; the moisture wicked up the wall a significant amount. The after picture was taken a few days after the incident. Our SERVPRO team came in and removed all of the affected sheetrock, placed drying equipment according to IICRC standards and used an antimicrobial treatment as well. Overall, our customer was very satisfied with how quickly we were able to take care of them during this disastrous time.
