Pipe Burst in Silsbee, TX

This flooded bedroom and bathroom in Silsbee, TX was the result of a broken pipe in a bathroom. Notice the affected areas were the bedroom and the main bathroom. The water had spread throughout the carpet in the bedroom. The before picture shows the affected area before mitigation services began. The after picture was taken once drying equipment was placed according to IICRC standards. Our SERVPRO team came in and placed the air movers and dehumidifiers to prevent further damage and dry out the home. Overall, our customer was expecting a much longer process and they were thrilled with the results.
