Commercial Water Loss in Port Arthur, TX

This is a flooded medical facility in Port Arthur, TX. The water damage was due to a hot water heater busting. There was significant standing water throughout the facility. SERVPRO of Beaumont extracted the standing water and placed air movers and dehumidifiers to properly dry out the entire building to IICRC standards. The before picture shows standing water in a front area. The after photo was taken after drying was complete. Our SERVPRO of Beaumont team also used an antimicrobial treatment to ensure that the facility was cleaned thoroughly before re-opening to the public. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and was thrilled they were able to re-open quickly.
